Wonderful Stay and Great Service!
french press helpful staff excellent service clean room
I was thrilled to find a French press for coffee right in my room. The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially Carolina at the front desk. Harry, the driver, was excellent and I really appreciated the service he provided. I was happy with how clean and well-kept everything was. The mountain view from my room was nice.
The shower water pressure was quite weak, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel provides amenities for hiking that guests can borrow. A shuttle service to town is a very nice convenience. There is an outdoor hot tub available to use.

The bistro restaurant on site offers high quality food. I found dinner and breakfast to be perfect. I was able to have a walk-in dinner, very convenient. The food was AMAZING!!!

The room was comfortable and spacious, offering a relaxing environment. I had a wonderful view from the room. I could make coffee in my room, thanks to the French press. The room had good cleanliness.

This hotel is located just outside of the town, giving it a getaway feel. Downtown is easily accessible on foot within 15 minutes. The location is surrounded by nature's beauty. It is a very quiet place.

friendly staff amazing food terrible lighting cave-like room
The staff was friendly and helpful. The Juniper Bistro food is amazing. They have all day breakfast available.
The room lighting was terrible. It reminded me of a cave (I could barely see anything). Four days felt too long in that room.

adequate stay
helpful staff free e-bikes bad lighting rigid schedule
the staff was helpful. i also appreciated the free e-bikes, made getting around easy. i had a great view from the hot tub too. it was a great way to relax.
the room had bad lighting. i was like i was in a cave. the shuttle operated on a rigid schedule so it was not really convenient.
